Protect your video
Start with a written description or an interface screenshot. Do not send private video unless needed and you are comfortable sharing it.
Billing help
Apple handles purchases and refunds. Use Apple Report a Problem for refund requests.
Recording or importing is blocked
Check Camera, Microphone, and Photos permissions for BaseballDraw in Settings. Say whether the issue happens while recording a new clip or importing an existing one.
An export will not save
Confirm BaseballDraw can add to Photos and the device has free storage. Include whether you were exporting a still frame or video.
Subscription access is not unlocking
Use Restore Purchases in BaseballDraw while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. If Apple shows an active subscription and access still does not unlock, include a screenshot with personal billing details hidden.
