Terms for using BaseballDraw.

The app

BaseballDraw provides video review, drawing, comparison, organization, and export tools for baseball practice and communication. It is not a medical device, professional coaching service, or radar measurement system.

Purchase

BaseballDraw is a paid App Store download. The one-time purchase price includes every feature; the app has no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Apple displays the local price before purchase and handles payment and refunds. Subscriptions bought in earlier versions remain governed by their displayed billing period until you cancel them in your Apple Account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Your content

You retain ownership of media and analysis you create. You are responsible for having permission to record, import, annotate, export, or share content involving other people.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to defeat its security controls, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it to violate another person's privacy or rights.

Training and safety

Baseball activity involves risk. Use your judgment, follow facility rules, and consult qualified coaches or medical professionals when appropriate. Do not rely on BaseballDraw to diagnose an injury or guarantee performance.

Availability and liability

The app is provided as available without a guarantee that every device, video, pose, or export will produce a particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for BaseballDraw or USD $50.
