Send a baseball video a coach can answer quickly.
The best video question is narrow, contextual, and easy to inspect. A full camera roll dump forces the coach to reconstruct the session before giving feedback.
Choose one or two representative reps
Send a clear example of the pattern and, when useful, one comparison clip. More clips do not automatically create better evidence.
Include the recording view
State whether the clip is side, rear, or front and note anything unusual about camera height or angle.
Add practice context
Include the drill, pitch source or pitch intent, effort level, recent cue, and whether the result matched the goal.
Mark the relevant frame
Export an annotated still or short clip that points to the exact phase behind the question.
Ask one specific question
Examples include “Is my head moving during the stride?” or “What should I compare around foot strike and release?”
Respect privacy and team rules
Get permission before sharing video of other players, minors, coaches, or private facilities. Remove unrelated people or sensitive information when possible.
